My file is huge — will it still work?

Conversion runs entirely in your browser. Modern browsers handle files up to ~50 MB cleanly; bigger files may slow your tab.

How do I know my data is private?

Conversion runs client-side — the CSV never touches our servers. Open DevTools, watch the Network tab while you convert; you'll see no upload.

How do credits work?

Every download spends one credit. New accounts get 5 welcome credits when you sign in — enough to convert 5 files end-to-end before you decide whether to buy a pack.

Can I use csvtocsv from Claude or Cursor?

Yes. We publish an MCP server with transform_csv and list_supported_pairs as first-class tools. See the MCP install page for copy-pasteable config.

I paid but my credits didn't arrive.

Purchases reconcile within a minute of payment. If it's been longer, email us with the order ID from Lemon Squeezy and we'll reconcile manually.

I want a refund.

Read the refund policy first — if you qualify, email us with the order ID and a short reason. We refund within 3 business days.
