Refund policy

We'd rather give you a refund than leave you unhappy with the tool.

Every download spends a credit. You get 5 free welcome credits when you sign in; everything beyond that is paid. Refunds are for cases where credits were spent on a download that didn't deliver what was promised.

What qualifies

• Failed transform. A credit was spent and the download was empty or threw an error. Re-credited.
• Wrong-format output. The target tool rejected the file because of a format issue on our side. Re-credited.
• Double charge. Lemon Squeezy charged you twice. Full money refund of the duplicate.
• Unused purchased credit pack. Full money refund within 7 days of purchase.

What doesn't qualify

• Welcome credits cashed out as money.
• Spent credits on successful downloads.
• Malformed source files or wrong adapter selection.

How to claim

1. Email us with order ID and a one-line reason.
2. We confirm within 1 business day.
3. Lemon Squeezy processes the reversal within 3 business days.
