What the Webflow Product CSV output looks like

A Webflow-ready product CSV with one row per variant. Product handle, name, description (plain text), categories (as slugs), product type (Physical/Digital/Service/Membership/Advanced), options, SKU, price, compare-at price, inventory, weight (in pounds or kilograms — configurable), and one image per variant. Import via Webflow Designer → Ecommerce → Products → Import. Webflow CMS import docs

How it works

  1. Drop a file CSV, TSV, or your source tool’s flat-file export.
  2. Convert in your browser Your file never leaves your device. No upload, no server processing — zero data-exposure risk.
  3. Download target-ready CSV Column shape, encoding, and quirks matched to the target app.

Why csvtocsv

Your data stays on your laptop.

Pass internal data-review without a DPA. Files never leave your laptop, so HIPAA / GDPR / data-residency reviews stay short — there's no upload to vet.

Every edge case handled.

Parent-child variants, lb/oz/kg → g weight conversion, image-row explosion, BOM stripping, jagged rows, duplicate detection. Every export shape we support is tested end-to-end against the destination app. Their format quirks — column order, weight units, parent/variant rules — are baked in so your file imports clean on the first try.

Pay per download, not per month.

Packs from $9. No subscription to cancel, no seat math, no unused minutes. The price is what it says.

Available as an MCP server for agents.

Use it directly from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP host — transform_csv and list_supported_pairs as first-class tools. Same credit balance as the web app.

FAQ

My file is huge — will it still work?

Conversion runs entirely in your browser. Modern browsers handle files up to ~50 MB cleanly; bigger files may slow your tab. If the converter ever fails on a file we say we support, that's our problem — see the next answer.

How do I know my data is private?

Conversion runs entirely in your browser. We never upload your CSV content; only account and purchase metadata is stored. See the Privacy page.

The output is in the wrong format / missing columns.

Double-check the source format picker. Run the sample CSV first to confirm the adapter does what you expect. If the output is still wrong, email [email protected] with the source; we fix the adapter and re-credit any spend.

How do credits work?

Every download spends one credit. New accounts get 5 welcome credits when you sign in. Conversion in the browser is unmetered; only the download deducts a credit.

I ran out of welcome credits.

Buy a credit pack from your account page. Packs range from the $9 Intro Pack (10 credits) to the $99 Agency Pack (200 credits). Refund policy covers 7-day money back on unused packs.
