Privacy

csvtocsv is a data-minimisation product. Your CSV content is processed entirely inside your browser and is never uploaded to our servers.

What we don't store

• Your source CSV or output CSV — ever.
• Cell values, row contents, or column data.
• Filenames of files you dropped in.

What we do store

• Your email address — collected via magic-link sign-in.
• Purchase and credit-ledger records.
• Transform metering metadata — adapter pair, row counts, schema hash. No cell data.
• Server logs — IP address, user agent, request path. Retained 30 days.

Who we share data with

Only sub-processors strictly needed to run the product: Cloudflare (hosting), Neon (database), and Lemon Squeezy (payments). No analytics cookies, no ad networks, no data brokers.

Your rights

Email us to request a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We respond within 30 days.

Data residency

All data is stored in the United States. EU residency is on the roadmap.
